Great Lakes Capital Fund has brokered Historic Tax Credits to housing and economic development initiatives.

We have also been involved with Federal Historic Tax Credits used in New Market Tax Credit initiatives through our affiliation with the Michigan Magnet Fund. With MMF’s 2005 NMTC allocation, six out of ten investments involved Federal Historic Tax Credits, including the Book Cadillac Hotel in downtown Detroit shown here.
