Rick joined GLCF in 2011 as an underwriter, bringing with him 19 years of experience in real estate development, finance, and consulting on assets totaling in excess of $7 billion across the Midwest, Southeast, Mid Atlantic, Northwest, and Southwest regions of the United States. Prior to joining GLCF, Rick formed and led a non-profit consulting firm designed to foster redevelopment activities in struggling neighborhoods through the provision of predevelopment assistance, and was a Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he provided advisory and transaction services for public entities and non-profits across the United States.

Rick has also held real estate finance positions with American Express, Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and held construction and development positions with Pulte Homes and Weyerhaeuser Real Estate. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Purdue University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and a Master of Planning from the University of Southern California.
