Christopher C. Cox is the Chief Financial Officer for the GLCF and has over 28 years experience in accounting and finance postiions in the real estae industry. He is responsible for the overall inancial operations of  GLCF and its various subsidiaries and affiliates. Chris was the third person hired by GLCF and has been at GLCF since June of 1995.  Chris has extensive expereince with the Low Income Tax Credit profgram beggining at a Michigan based for profit development ocmpanyin 1989.  Prior to coming to the Fund, Chris was responsible for the various financial analyses for mutli-family real estate corprations in Michigan and Texas.  Chris graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor earning a BBA degree with a major in Accounting.
