Deb started at Great Lakes Capital Fund in July of 2010, coming from Community Research Services, a company that was also involved in the housing industry working for over 10 years as their Office Manager. Over the years, Deb was responsible for staff accountability, organization of the office, client services, marketing the company, and maintaining company morale. Prior to joining CRM, Deb was fortunate to be a stay at home mom and raise three children who today are hard working adults and are able to support themselves and their families. Deb takes great pride in the fact that two of her children served in the military, one served for eight years in the Marine Corps, and the other served for six years in the Army. Deb believes that this service was instrumental in giving them re self assurance, endurance, and a deep respect for all people.

Deb’s Personal Life Vision is to remember that every day has a purpose with a meaning, and to share your daily experience with the next generation so they can learn from it, be it bad or be it good.
