Hugh joined Great Lake Capital Fund earlier this year, operating out of our Chicago-area office. Hugh is responsible the analysis, underwriting, and closing of loans in GLCF’s permanent mortgage finance program. Hugh comes to us with over 15 years of financial markets experience with key accomplishments in commercial real estate lending, insurance production and derivatives trading. For the ten years prior to his tenure at GLCF, Hugh analyzed and underwrote commercial real estate loans for major national and international financial institutions. He has experience underwriting loans across all commercial property types for securitized lending, agency, and balance sheet platforms.
