James White joined the Capital Fund in October 2007 in the Asset Management Division. Prior to joining the Capital Fund, James worked as a Senior Deputy Director in the Community Development Division of Fannie Mae. In addition to having been a real estate developer and serving as Managing Partner of LuDell-White Development and Managing Partner for Allen-White Properties, respectively; he also a licensed real estate broker and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Davenport University. |
