Keith Broadnax joined Great Lakes Capital Fund in 2002 and serves as the Vice President of the Real Estate Organization division. Mr. Broadnax is responsible for the day to day operations of the Real Estate Organization division, which consists of property acquisition, underwriting, financing and development of properties that support community and economic development. Mr. Broadnax, as underwriter for the MS ECD LIHTC Equity Fund I, is responsible for acquiring properties, underwriting, negotiating loans, presenting developments to Investment Committee, and closing lower-tier partnerships.   Mr. Broadnax has experience in residential underwriting, commercial loan underwriting, capacity building and community organizing. Prior to joining GLCF, Mr. Broadnax was a Senior Program Officer for the Local Initiatives Support Corporation. Mr. Broadnax holds a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ball State University.
