Kevin Crawley joined Great Lakes Capital Fund in 2003 and serves as a Vice President of Asset Management. Mr. Crawley, a CPA since 1999, is responsible for the day to day operations of the department, and directing the asset management team, who is responsible for ensuring that GLCF’s portfolio of over 450 developments and 27,000 housing units is well maintained and in compliance with the IRS Section 42 Regulation as well as the lower-tier operating agreements. Mr. Crawley is also responsible for investor reporting, which includes managing the compilation of quarterly and annual financial information received from the portfolio of developments. Prior to joining GLCF, Mr. Crawley worked at Plante Moran, PLLC, Lansing, Michigan and specialized in performing audits for a variety of clients including real estate, nonprofit, workers compensation and employee benefit plans. Mr. Crawley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.
