Letricia first joined the CapFund in 2006. She is Executive Assistant to GLCF’s Executive Team, working primarily with our President & CEO, Mark McDaniel, and also serves as Human Resources Administrator within the Administrative Services division. Letricia came to us from Tier Technologies, Inc., where she was a supervisor at the Michigan State Disbursement Unit (MISDU), dedicated to the continued success of its customer service department. Letricia brings to the CapFund an extensive portfolio of skills which includes focusing on process improvement, systems implementation, trend analysis, and procedure writing. Her professional experience also includes commercial real estate leasing, human resources, and executive administrative support within the accounting industry with a focus in audit and tax. She owned and operated a local business for eight years in which she was committed to the involvement in several community events.

Letricia is raising a beautiful 9-year old daughter, Ajah, who brings her much joy and pride. Letricia’s Personal Life Vision articulates her love of family and meaningful work. Letricia brings great value to the achievement of the CapFund’s Mission of creating healthy, vibrant, and sustainable communities.
