Ms. Kreucher has directed this private nonprofit Human Service Agency serving Jackson, Lenawee and Hillsdale Counties since 1988. She is an active member of the Michigan Community Action Agency Association and of the Human Service Collaborative Boards for the three counties. Ms. Kreucher has been involved on a statewide level in various capacities including the Rural Health Steering Committee, Michigan Women’s Foundation Grant Distribution Committee and State Energy & Weatherization Policy Advisory Committee. She has also served on the Governors Task Force on Food and Nutrition.

Mr. Taylor has more than seventeen years of banking experience as well as private and public sector community and economic development experience. Prior to his current position, Mr. Taylor served as the Community Development Specialist for First of America CDC. In addition, he directed bank commercial loan activities in the Detroit Empowerment Zone and other targeted markets, and served as product manager for the Initiative Small Business Loan Product, and as Executive Director for the Saginaw Economic Development Corporation.

Mr. Bernacki has been with Comerica for over twenty years. During his career he has spent time in the Bank's branch system, small business lending and community development areas. He served as the President of the Comerica CDC until it merged into Comerica Bank. He is the manager of the government loan and small business technical services areas, and serves as the CRA coordinator for the Retail Division of Comerica's Michigan Bank. Mr. Bernacki serves on the Board of Directors for Detroit Works Partnership and on the advisory committees for Local Initiatives Support Corporation in Detroit and the Woodward Corridor Development Fund of Detroit Renaissance.

Mr. Koehler manages Fifth Third CDC, a wholly owned non-bank subsidiary of Fifth Third Bancorp. It has invested in more than 134 low income housing and historic tax credit investments located in the Midwest and Florida. Prior to joining Fifth Third, Mr. Koehler spent one year with WMF Washington Mortgage as a Fannie Mae DUS Affordable Housing Lender, and four years with Bank One as Vice President of Acquisitions.

Mr. Tracy manages this investment banking company that specializes in structuring community investments and specialized mezzanine financing. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Key Housing Capital, a division of KeyBank, which raised $1.3 billion in equity for Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects while he was co-manager of the group. Mr. Tracy has an extensive background in the affordable housing area, both in for-sale housing and residential rental housing. He was formerly a financial services partner for KPMG Peat Marwick and headed that firm's affordable housing practice.

Mr. Weaver oversees the Community Investment and Financial Controls Divisions for the bank. He has more than 15 years of experience with the bank and has contributed in various areas such as treasury, cash management, and member reporting. Mr. Weaver is a CPA and he has a BS degree in Mathematics from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana University.
