Capital Fund Services (CFS) assists housing and economic development entities with the goal of improving the quality of life for low-income individuals and revitalizing distressed area neighborhoods.

 

CFS provides educational, technical, and financial assistance programs aimed at: retaining and/or creating jobs; raising standards of living; combating community deterioration; stimulating economic development; and providing affordable housing opportunities that benefit disadvantaged persons and distressed communities in Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin.

The states of Michigan, Indiana and Wisconsin are the target market areas where  Great Lakes Capital Fund and Capital Fund Services  have had an opportunity to fund investments and provide related services.
