You can search our portfolio database to generate a list of developments with characteristics you select. Click on Advanced Search and choose the types of developments you want to see. Choose from one or multiple states. The upper right button will turn all of the filters on and off.

After you have selected characteristics to include in a query, click the “Search” button to get a list of developments which meet those criteria. Click on the name of a development to get more detail about it.

Here are the Portfolio Characteristics from which you can choose:

• Tenant type (family, senior, supportive housing developments, etc.)
• Geographic setting (urban, rural, distressed community, etc.)
• Type of Construction (new construction, rehab, etc.)
• Type of Development (townhouse, high rise, single family detached, etc.)
• Size of Development (number of units)
• Type of Developer (for profit, nonprofit, joint venture, etc.)
• Developments supported by a specific GLCF Fund (Fund I through XI)
